Softlink Europe offers the latest, high-quality Barcode Reader technology, supplied by Cipher Lab & Opticon. These will generally have a programmable trigger and may also have a 'hands-free' cradle. All scanners are supplied with USB cables. (PS2 cables are available by special order only). All barcode readers carry a minimum of 1 year, return to base warranty with some readers carrying a 2, or even a 5 year warranty. Repairs are via a returns system, administered by Softlink. Manufacturers may charge a fixed price repair and Softlink will advise on likely costs. For overseas delivery, carriage charges will be advised. Manufactures full data sheets for devices are available upon request.

• Whether you currently, or intend to, adapt the scanner for use with a security system such as those provided by Plescon or D-Tech
• Whether you need to read either TELEPEN or PLESSEY barcodes
