Returns. Products returned will only be credited to the Client’s account if the return is authorised by Softlink, the Products are in the same condition as delivered by Softlink and only if received by Softlink within 14 days of delivery.
Softlink reserves the right to charge the Customer for any costs or losses incurred by Softlink if Products which are not faulty:
- Are returned or returned without authorisation
- Returned later than 14 days from Start Date
- In a different condition to the condition the Products were in when delivered by Softlink.
Softlink will use its best endeavours to minimize such costs and losses.
Any shipping costs incurred will not be refunded.
